I really appreciate their honesty and integrity at Interstate Auto Repair. I brought my vehicle in expecting to pay for repairs, but after they took a look, they were upfront with me and explained that the cost of the repairs might not be worth it based on the condition of my car. Instead of pressuring me into spending money, they gave me solid advice and helped me make the right decision. It’s rare to find a place that puts your best interest ahead of making a sale. I drive pass here all the time, but this was my first time coming to them to get some work done on my car. They told me what was needed done within a day and completed the job within 2 days. The price was very reasonable and they didn’t over charge for their work. They are very knowledgeable about what they do. They also use brand new parts instead of used parts off of junk cars and will show you the parts that were damaged that was on the car. I will definitely come back here in the future. Thank you very much

I recently brought my vehicle in for work on the gas tank brackets, and I’m extremely pleased with the service I received. The mechanic took the time to salvage what he could to save me money, and once everything was taken apart, he discovered an additional issue & gave me the option to move forward with the repairs rather than surprising me with extra labor charges. That kind of transparency and respect for the customer is rare. The shop is family-owned and clearly experienced — with 19 locations, they know what they’re doing. The work took about four business days, so it’s not a “quick fix” kind of place, but if you care about having the job done right, this is the place to go. One important note: they are cash-only due to past issues with chargebacks, so be prepared for that ahead of time. It’s a small inconvenience for the level of trust and quality you get in return. I’ve had bad experiences at other shops — including one where a phone charger was stolen — and it’s the principle that matters. I never have to worry about that here. This shop operates with integrity, and I’ll definitely be coming back when I need work done in the future.

This is my first time using this shop. First I appreciate that they were able to fix my car in a timely manner. My exhaust was severely rusted and the previous ppl did a bad job. They showed me the problem before they fixed it, and gave me economical choices one that patches the problem or eliminates it. ( I don’t got $$$ like that). I will recommend them and return if I have any other problems. Please be advised it’s CASH ONLY. I didn’t have cash but they waited for me to get it from the near by ATM.

I am very impressed with this shop’s turnaround time. I’ve had two separate services done and was able to pick up my car within a few hours of dropping it off. Just make sure that you call them ahead of time to make an appointment so that they know you’re coming and what you need done. Both times, I was able to get an appointment either on the same day or the day after.

I recently brought my Lamborghini Urus over to my guys Abe and Ali for a repair., and I must say — the service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail were immediately evident. My Urus had been experiencing a few issues — a slight engine vibration, an irregular idle, and a strange noise coming from the suspension. Abe and Ali quickly diagnosed the problems with impressive precision. Within no time, they recalibrated the ECU, realigned the suspension, and even performed a comprehensive brake system overhaul. They also fine-tuned the turbo system and replaced a few minor electrical sensors that had been causing inconsistent readings. What truly stood out was their transparency and efficiency. They explained every step in simple terms but handled everything with a level of expertise you rarely see. The turnaround time was remarkably fast, and my Urus now drives smoother, quieter, and more powerfully than ever before.
